What services do you provide and where?
The list of our services is endless! We can provide services on-site or remotely, as our office is essentially mobile. It goes wherever you need us to be. Remote services are offered from our sites located in Fargo, ND, and Vergas, MN. Please reach out with your needs so we can discuss a solution.
What industries and sizes of businesses do you serve?

Are you considered my employee if I hire you?
No, we are a 1099 contractor. Meaning, you do not have to incur additional payroll taxes. Our services are a tax-deductible business expense for you.
Are you an Attorney, CPA or a PEO?
No. Our services are not intended to replace any of your legal or otherwise professionally licensed advisors. Our services are strictly limited to our experience in numerous different industries. You provide us with the data needed to accomplish the task at hand. Anything requiring a legal opinion will be forwarded to the appropriate licensed professional. (Example: We can clean up your books, provide financial statements etc, but your accountant will file your taxes.)

Do you offer licensed professional services such as plumbing or electrical?
No, we do not provide these types of services.
How many people do you provide for a service?
This will be dependent upon the project. Most projects are served by a single person; however, if a team is needed, we can arrange that.
